At Accents@Home, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most furniture and home decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable to ensure we maintain the highest quality standards for all customers.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or visit one of our showroom locations with your original order confirmation and photo ID.

    Inspection Process

    Our logistics team will inspect the item to ensure it is in original, unassembled condition and free from any signs of wear or damage.

  • 3.
    Return Logistics

    Small decor items can be returned in-store, while larger furniture pieces require a scheduled pick-up subject to a nominal restocking and transport fee.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once the item is received and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
